Ceviche Negro

As the name suggests, it's a black ceviche, either fish or shrimp cured in citrus juice and dressed with a black sauce, it is a fusion ingredient like soy sauce, English sauce, Maggi and hot sauce, marinade with red onions, cucumbers and cilantro served with tostadas.
